Warranty Policy
CarryMove products are built for long-term performance. Every CarryMove backpack is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, protecting you against manufacturing defects.
1. What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing or material defects, including:
- Zipper malfunction
- Loose stitching
- Hardware failure (buckles, hooks, adjusters)
- Fabric separation or delamination
- Structural failures that affect function (e.g., internal panel breakage)
If any of these occur under normal use, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Normal Wear & Tear
- Minor scuffs or scratches
- Fabric fading or slight discoloration
- Abrasion caused by daily friction
- Loose threads that do not affect function
Damage Caused by Misuse
- Tears or punctures caused by sharp objects
- Damage from overloading the backpack
- Structural deformation from improper storage or heavy impact
- Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or liquids
- Mold, odors, or dirt buildup
Alteration or Unauthorized Repair
- Modified straps, cut parts, or removed components
- Damage from unauthorized repairs
Cosmetic Damage That Does Not Affect Performance
- Surface marks
- Light rubbing
- Small dents or compression marks
3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email hello@carrymove.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
Step 2 — Review Process
Our quality team will assess your request and reply within 48 hours.
Step 3 — Resolution
If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Free repair of the defective product
- Replacement with a new or equivalent product
- Store credit for the purchase price
