CarryMove Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • 30-Day No-Reason Return/Exchange: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your CarryMove product.

  • Quality Issues: Returns or exchanges due to quality problems are not time-limited (valid proof required).


2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

✅ Eligible cases:

  • The product is unused, free of stains, wear, or damage, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • The product has quality issues (e.g., broken zippers, loose stitching, fabric defects).

  • We shipped the wrong model, color, or quantity.

❌ Not eligible:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged due to personal mishandling (scratches, discoloration, deformation).

  • Damage caused by improper or abnormal use (e.g., overloading, sharp object contact).

  • Requests made after the return/exchange period (except for quality issues).


3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email hello@carrymove.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if quality issue).

  2. Review & Confirmation
    Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm approval.

  3. Ship Back the Product

    • Pack the product in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging).

    • Include the return form with your order number.

    • Ship to the designated address using a trackable courier service and keep the tracking number.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility (unless it’s a quality issue or wrong item shipped).

  • Exchanges: If approved, we will ship a replacement free of charge.

    • If the requested model/color is out of stock, we will provide an alternative option or issue a refund.


5. Warranty Service

  • CarryMove backpacks come with 1 free replacement per year for quality-related issues, including:

    • Zipper malfunction

    • Loose stitching

    • Broken hardware

    • Fabric separation

  • Warranty excludes damages caused by human error or abnormal use.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
